As a fundraiser for the School Council we would like to offer students to buy a slice or two of cheese pizza. If you are interested in participating, please use this form to indicate the number of slices you would like for your child and on which days. Please complete one form per child.
If your child has a dairy allergy or gluten intolerance and would like to participate, please email [email protected] and we will see how we are able to accommodate.
